EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

At SS Textile Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since all our products are handmade by skilled artisans, we encourage you to review this policy before placing an order.


IMPORTANT: UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

Customers are required to record an opening/unboxing video at the time of delivery.
This video is necessary to process any claims related to defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process your return or exchange request.


RETURN POLICY (DOMESTIC ORDERS - INDIA)

1. Timeframe

Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Products

  • Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Items should be unused, unwashed, and undamaged for hygiene and quality reasons.
  • Products must not show any signs of wear, alterations, or damage.

3. Handmade Product Variations

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, pattern, or texture may occur. These variations are part of the artisan craftsmanship and are not considered defects. Returns based solely on minor variations will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards and gift wrap
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events (credit note or exchange only)
  • Bags and accessories (non-refundable, exchange only)
  • Shipping and COD charges (non-refundable)

5. Return Process

  • Raise a return request by emailing office@sstextilehub.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and unboxing video (if applicable).
  • Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide self-shipping instructions.
  • Products must pass our quality check before refunds or exchanges are processed.

6. Self-Shipping

If pickup service is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product. A maximum of ₹150 will be provided as a credit note for reverse shipping costs. Please contact us before self-shipping for approval and shipping address.

7. Purchase Location

  • Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.

EXCHANGE POLICY (DOMESTIC ORDERS - INDIA)

1. Timeframe

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Exchange Restrictions

  • Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If you wish to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
  • Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products; only a single item can be selected for exchange.

3. Product Exchange Options

  • Same or Different Size: A replacement will be provided at no additional cost (subject to availability).
  • Higher Value Item: The price difference must be paid at the time of creating the exchange request.
  • Lower Value Item: The price difference will be refunded in the form of a credit note.

4. Payment for Exchanges

  • The difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for exchange orders.

5. Delivery Address

Exchange/replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us before the exchange is processed.


REFUND POLICY

1. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up, returned, and passes our quality check.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after approval.

2. Sale Products

Products purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers are non-refundable but can be exchanged for the same or higher value, or a credit note can be issued.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Refunds for damaged or defective products will only be issued after verification by our team.
  • Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order by emailing office@sstextilehub.com with your Order ID, photos/videos of the defect, and unboxing video.
  • After verification, we will provide a refund, credit note, or replacement at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

PRODUCTS ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE & RETURN

The following products are eligible for exchange and return (subject to terms above):

  • Scarves and shawls
  • Bags and totes (exchange only, no refund)
  • Home textiles (cushion covers, table runners, curtains)
  • Apparel (subject to hygiene conditions)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer a return or exchange policy for international customers. For any concerns or queries, please contact us at office@sstextilehub.com.

2. Order Cancellation

  • If you need to cancel an international order, please do so before it is shipped to receive a full refund.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.

3. Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately at office@sstextilehub.com with your Order ID, photos/videos of the defect, and unboxing video.
  • We will provide either a credit note or refund for the defective product after investigation. No replacement will be sent for international orders.

4. Customs & Duties

  • Any customs charges, import duties, or VAT paid by the customer are non-refundable.
  • In case of return to origin (RTO) due to non-delivery, customs charges and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE REQUEST

To raise a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at office@sstextilehub.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your Order ID
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for defect claims)
    • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 1-2 working days.
  4. Once approved, we will arrange for product pickup or provide self-shipping instructions.
