DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Within India)

  • Shipping Charges: Flat rate is charged per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499.

  • Processing Time: Orders are handcrafted by our artisans and dispatched within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days from dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of checkout. To modify your delivery address, please email us at office@sstextilehub.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Shipping Partner: We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value, weight, dimensions, and destination country.

  • Customs & Duties: Any customs charges, import duties, or VAT must be borne by the customer. (Our IEC code: Available upon request)

  • VAT (EU Customers): VAT is applicable on all shipments delivered within the European Union. Duty and VAT charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • Shipping Partner: DHL Express for reliable international delivery.

  • Processing Time: Orders are handcrafted by our artisans and dispatched within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: International orders are delivered within 7–10 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Delivery Address: All orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. To modify your delivery address, please email us at office@sstextilehub.com within 2 hours of placing your order.

  • Return to Origin (RTO): In case an international order is returned to us due to non-delivery or refusal, customs charges and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will only cover the product cost; shipping and customs-related expenses are non-refundable.
