Send a Pantone number, a photo or a colour card and we tell you honestly how close we can get.
How it goes
- 1Send a sketch, a tech pack or a photo, with colours, sizes and how many.
- 2We quote the sample. Making takes 7 to 10 days, then about 10 days by courier.
- 3You approve or change it. The approved sample is what every maker works to.
- 4Your run takes 30 to 45 days. 50% with the order, 50% before we ship.
Based in the UAE? We can meet you in person, on a weekend or a weekday evening.
Questions designers ask
What is your minimum order for a small label?
It depends on the design and the yarn. Tell us the styles and the quantity you have in mind and we will work it out with you.
Can you work from a sketch without a tech pack?
Yes. A clear sketch or a photo with measurements is enough to start. We confirm stitch, thread and fit with you before the sample.
How much does a sample cost and how long does it take?
The sample cost, making plus courier, is quoted per design before we start. Making takes 7 to 10 days, plus about 10 days by courier.
How long does production take?
30 to 45 days after you approve the sample, shorter when the yarn for your colours is in stock.
Can you add our labels and packaging?
Yes. Send your labels or tags and we sew or tie them on here, and pack in plain boxes or boxes you send.
Do you ship worldwide, and who pays duty?
Yes. We send shipping options with costs and you choose. Import VAT and duty in your country are paid by you.
Who actually makes the pieces?
More than 100 women crochet for us by hand in Narsapur, Andhra Pradesh. Crochiah is the brand of Sri Sai Exports, our family export house of over 30 years. You deal with the family, with no trading company in between.
