Data Deletion Request

Crochiah — Meta Platform Integration

If you previously connected your Instagram or Facebook account to Crochiah's services and wish to have your data removed from our systems, you can request deletion below.

What Data We Store

When you authorized our Meta application, we stored:

Your Instagram/Facebook account identifier (username and account ID)
Access tokens for the accounts you authorized us to manage
Content performance data (post reach, engagement metrics) for content we published on your behalf

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to office@crochiah.in with:

Subject: "Meta Data Deletion Request"
Your Instagram or Facebook username that was connected

We will:

Confirm your request within 48 hours
Delete all stored Meta account data (tokens, identifiers, metrics) from our systems within 7 business days
Send you a confirmation email once deletion is complete

Things to Know

Published content remains on Meta. Any posts, Stories, or Reels we published to your Instagram or Facebook account on your behalf are stored by Meta and governed by Meta's own data policies. These must be deleted by you through your Instagram/Facebook account settings.
You can also disconnect directly. Visit Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites, or Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, and remove "Crochiah." This immediately revokes our access. We will delete stored data automatically within 30 days of disconnection.
Shop order data is separate. If you also placed orders on crochiah.in, your order data is covered by our main Privacy Policy. This page only covers Meta integration data.
